The property is let weekly Saturday to Saturday Dawlish is situated on the coast between Exeter and Torquay and is serviced by good rail and bus connections. The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles away and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park Sorry but we do not accept pets *Last year visitors spent between £5 -£15per week, you only pay for what you use, we think this is better for you and me as we can keep our prices down”.
